The Website only uses technical "cookies", which are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and are consequently not subject to any prior consent. Our merchant of record and payment processor, Paddle, is also susceptible to use similar cookies. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. In such case, we can't guarantee the good working of the Website.

Referral Booster does not directly sell products to end users and is therefore not a merchant site. Consequently, no "General Conditions of Sales" type document intended for end users is available. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our reseller, applying its own sales policy.

Information relating to the legal framework for referral code sharing websites

The publisher of Referral Booster may make its service compatible with any referral code sharing website, upon request from the owners of such sites, from one or more of their users, or spontaneously out of legitimate interest and without external request.

The engineering and development required to ensure the interoperability of Referral Booster with referral code sharing websites are carried out exclusively using information publicly accessible by any user of the sites concerned, within the framework provided by Article L122-6-1 of the french Intellectual Property Code. In addition, it is specified that Referral Booster is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and does not operate any activity competing with referral code sharing websites. Consequently, the law provides that these acts are not subject to the authorization of the authors of the sites concerned.

For the sole purpose of informing its users about the referral code sharing websites compatible with the service and with the appropriate precautions to avoid any ambiguity about the origin of the services, the names of the sites concerned are mentioned on Referral Booster and may correspond to registered trademarks. In such cases, it is recalled that Article L713-6 of the french Intellectual Property Code provides that trademarks do not allow their holders to prohibit their use necessary to indicate the destination of a product or service.

Referral Booster, as software (like a web browser), is a technical tool devoid of legal personality and cannot be considered a user of referral code sharing websites during its regular use. Thus, Referral Booster users remain at all times the sole users of referral code sharing websites, and therefore solely responsible for their actions. The terms of use of referral code sharing websites thus apply directly to Referral Booster users, in the same way as during traditional use of the sites concerned. Consequently, the publisher of Referral Booster declines all responsibility towards its users and referral code sharing websites in the event of use contrary to the terms of use of these sites, even if this use has been made possible or facilitated by Referral Booster. Users are informed of this and invited to inquire in advance about the applicable conditions.

More generally, the publisher of Referral Booster ensures strict compliance with French law and is at the disposal of the publishers of referral code sharing websites and their advisers for any information, partnership request or amicable resolution of disputes.
